Totally wrecked my daughter's hair. She wanted a few lighter high lights through the ends of her hair. Left the salon with grey streaks from top to bottom. With the toner they applied they look blue in daylight. She even showed them a photo so they could get an idea of what she wanted. She is a teenager and now has grey hair with a blue rinse! Absolutely terrible!!!!

Went here 4 days ago after receiving a Christmas voucher for a full head of foils, cut, treatment and blow wave. Upon arrival had to wait half an hour to be served, despite there being only one other customer in the store. When served, I showed a photo of the style cut and colour I wanted. The lady said this would be possible. After 4 hours there, I was finally finish, I assume I spent 1/2 the time waiting around whilst the one working staff member served other customers (maybe 3 people the whole 4 hours?). The final highlights she gave me are the streakiest, white-blonde bleach strips I have ever seen, unevenly toned and distributed across my head- when I asked for subtle, caramel colour highlights on the ends, I also had to pay an additional $30 for toner, which you'd typically think was included with a full head of foils.
