Usually see Tom (who is great) but he was busy and so I gave the young lady next to him a go. Big Mistake. She asked how I liked my hair, I told her not to cut my fringe much and that I was trying to grow it. She ignored that and did whatever she wanted. The hair cut is not too bad except the fringe is way too short and not what I wanted or asked for. A lesson on listening would not go astray with this one
Our family has frequented this business for the past few months and have spent quite a large sum of money on both services and products. Today was the last time we shall visit...
After being ignored when entering this afternoon, I sat and waited and waited whist the staff idly stood around and continued gossiping in the back room.
Aparently greeting me or acknowledging my presence was too bigger effort for them although checking the clock every 2 minutes was done by each staff member several times.
I had enough and got up and left as I was so disappointed with the lack of service. It's a shame as my son had a great haircut and great service from the management a few months back..
My son who is very fussy recently had his hair cut here. Upon walking in my first impression was good. It's a busy little hairdressers, but the staff keep the store clean and tidy. We were greeted quickly and the staff were friendly. Big ticks in my book.
Prices are good. And to top it off, my son was happy with his haircut. We'll be back. Well done!!
