There is at least a month waiting period for this place but I have no idea why. The cuts weren't even that good, one of my dogs came out with shaggy little bits on her and while the other one was better, about a week later we had to trim his face to stop the fur going into his eyes.
When I was delayed picking the dogs up by 30mins, due to circumstances outside of my control, I got a call every 5 minutes because they wanted my dogs gone. You would think being in the dog grooming business they would be able to accommodate for circumstances where they have more than 2 dogs on the premises. They also didn't have eftpos, so I had to get back into the car to find the nearest ATM and they even didn't give me a receipt. Was not impressed at all, will definitely not be going back.
Dear kgc, Would you be kind enough to let me know when you actually had your appointment with us as I am having difficulties finding any new clients with 2 dogs that have been booked in over the last 2 - 3 months. If a client is not happy with a cut with ANY groomer it is up to the client to mention it so that this can be rectified. If you did actually have an appointment with me I would have been more than happy to rectify any complaints that you may have. I have a large sign stating that I do not have Card facilities very visible for all to see. As I said, if you could please let me know the date that your dogs were booked in with me, and your name and the dogs name. Thanking you in anticipation, Maria (The Hairy Hound)
