open 7 days a week from around lunchtime till 7/8pm. Staff are very professional, friendly and safety conscious. Prices are for as long as you want- adults $30 which is a bit expensive (or $16 for a 10 visit pass plus equip hire $12 so only a saving of $2). KIDS $14-19 which seems reasonable and includes entry/shoes/harness). Everyone needs a partner to Belay for them so they have to pay $6 admission. Kids Parties are available too. Probably not enough wall climbs for public holidays.

I have been a few times to HardRock in Nunawading. The most recent time my friend and I were there about 2 hours from closing for a quick climb, however we were waiting for about 20-30 minutes for someone to show us how to use the equipment, because they assumed that we knew what we were doing because we'd been there before (10 years ago mind you)- a bit unsafe if we had have just decided to go and try it without knowing exactly what we were doing! Besides that it was fun, though not much space for climbing the larger walls; wouldn't want to be there when it's busy. I'd still go back, just make sure you highlight that you need someone to show you how to use the equipment. #reviewtowin

highly recommended, we went on a work team building exercise and the staff were great, very good service and reasonably priced fun activity for all ages.

This is an excellent venue for indoor rock climbing with a wide variety of climbs at all levels of ability. It has friendly staff who make new climbers feel welcome and good safety standards.
