We had heating installed by The Haymarket last year. Everything went well with the sales and service staff, agreed on system and price and then installation day arrived. The team arrived on time and went about getting reay to install the heater in to roof and install all of the ducting, I went out to take a photo of the unit prior to it being installed in the roof only to discover that they were going to install the wrong unit, it was the model below the agreed, quoted unit. I pointed this out and they went back to the warhouse and returned with the correct unit.

I can support this review after experiencing very poor after sales service and very poor quality work on my own fire place installation.
