The Heater Man

Thanks to Simon and his team at The Heater Man, our hot water system was in the process of dying, Simon came round and gave a quote, ordered new system, and his team replaced everything, all before we ran out of hot water, they were always on time and called first. Would definitely recommend The Heater Man.

A big thanks to Simon and his team at The Heater Man . We were having problems with the hot water service and needed our home heating issues sorted out . Simon rectified these issues with excellent advise , service and very competitive pricing for both appliances and labour costs . The following day after job was completed he sent me a follow up email to make sure that everything was working as it should be , which it was .

Initial call left a message, 2 days later called again, got hold of the heater man who said would call that afternoon to set up an appointment.....no call. Called again and set up a time while I was on the phone. The day before the appointment got a call from one of their employers telling me they were on the way, told them it was the wrong. This guy said would call the heater man and find out what the go was. Didn't hear back so called the guy in the afternoon to confirm would still be coming the next day. Apparently heater man was going to call me. Didn't hear from them and no one turned up next day. Two weeks later, still heater man has not once called me.

Prices i thought were very fair and i could not ask for a more friendly service.

In my particular scenario, Simon collected the heater and i was suppose to pick it up. I forgot about it for 3 months and changed jobs with a new number. When i called him i was expecting a run around but first thing he said was I have your heater here waiting for you.
