Did not install a Brivis thermostat with a timer despite providing a user-guide that shows this as a feature. Actually installed a cheaper third party thermostat without consultation. When confronted about the shortcut - they asked for more money to resolve. Be careful when dealing with these guys - they take short cuts! (which may result in your heater not being covered by manufacturer warranty)
Hi Jason, I'm sorry that you have had a negative experience. As explained to you via email and also by system control engineering, the supplier of the heater, your heater does not come with a networker thermostat. Threatening us via email with multiple bad reviews will not get you a free $350 thermostat.
Wow. I feel bad for the Heater Repairman for having to deal with you. Pathetic!!!
