Terrible customer service, I agree with other reviews of being quite offensive. They should actually be ashamed of themselves. In definite need of retraining staff or replacing (which would be easier and more cost effective).

Not a fan of this bar at all, it's in no way family friendly, the food is average and service is ok.

So much potential but such a let down. Went for a quick drink after work on Friday. The service was terrible, the Chips were cold. I wont be going back.

The bottle shop has by far the worst and most offensive customer service I have EVER seen!

Average priced meals with a laid back atmosphere with staff that are quite friendly The attached drive through bottle shop is an added bonus with good priced alchohol and is open relatively late.

Im a regular customer to the drive through bottle shop there and today I was greeted by a person who got quite offensive when I got out of my car, the person stated that the left lane is strictly for express only which is "apparently" signed clearly however I have been to this bottleshop at least 100 times and have never seen this "express lane" nor have I ever been served from my car once in the past. This shop gets the thumbs down from me. my local is elsewhere.
