The Hypnobirthing Mum provides hypnobirthing and childbirth education to pregnant women and their birthing partners. All courses are certified through Hypnobirthing Australia and cover the following:
Each course consists of a total of 12 hours full of comprehensive and independent information regarding self-hypnosis, positive affirmations, relaxation & breathing techniques, childbirth education and more!
There is increasing research-based evidence highlighting the benefits of this type of approach to birthing including a reduced need for caesareans and epidurals, shorter hospitals stays following birth, a reduced feeling of fear associated with birth, and higher satisfactions rates.
You will also view a minimum of 5 real-life birthing videos showing the empowering and positive effect that hypnobirthing can have during childbirth throughout the course.
