just went there, looks like this skating center alreasy closed for business

Attended a party here, the heater was faulty and not working, the speaker was faulty and we had limited music, the toilet was out of toilet paper and disabled toilet was broken.
However, staff were very helpful and friendly and party food supplied was adequate.
Great for kids parties but some issues need to be fixed.

We held a 4th birthday party (white sock disco party) there a few weeks back and it was great. My initial issue was with upon booking the party, you are not provided with any documentation to confirm the booking (nothing to confirm the time or date) nor any documentation to confirm exactly what's included - this is contrary to many other party venues who send out little 'packs' to explain everything so it's all in black and white (how I like it) - they just refer you to the website, which is a little unclear and contradicts itself in some places. However, much to our surprise everything mentioned verbally was included, the food was great and they kept the little kiddies entertained with plenty of activities - it truly exceeded our (somewhat low) expectations!! It was very well run and I'd have no hesitation in recommending this venue for little kiddies parties.

my son went there for a birthday party and loved it. The staff were great with the kids and the rink and skates are very kid friendly. I will take the kids back there

Went there for an end of year function and had a ball. The rink is very user friendly and you don't have to worry about getting wet or cold as they use a synthetic surface. Feels very realistic. Great function rooms and music.
