Still a great place for brunch. There are a lot more people here than I last remember. But the food is even better now. I had the hot smoked salmon and it was a nice slice of salmon with peppered smokey flavour and shreds of zucchini in a light dressing. The poached eggs were perfectly cooked too. Their coffee is also on point. Limited seating inside but there are also tables outside, but they are not ideal if it rains. Toilets are downstairs, so you need to take the elevator to the area near the art gallery. There is also a park nearby so you can tire out the kids.
They didn't have cronuts today so we tried the carrot cake and the cinnamon scrolls, both were sweet and delicious.
One of our go-to cafes for breakfast and brunch. We love the coffee, hash browns, sausages and scrambled eggs at The Incinerator -- the makings of a winning breakfast.
The service is always great, though on our last couple of visits, our meals took a really long time to be served.
We love the outdoor seating on a beautiful day, the ample seating indoors, and the fact that it is right next to a playground and the Willoughby Leisure Centre.
Great local cafe that is actually a coffee extension of 'the Grounds' of Alexandria. They make a great coffee as you would expect and the food is delicious. The place is often packed with local families especially on a Saturday morning after sport in the mornings. The staff are friendly and love a good joke. Come here for brunch or a nice lazy lunch. Oh... And they sell cronuts :)
