Have been buying my wig from this lady for the past three years. I call her up from all over Australia, and she sends me my wig without fuss, quick and efficient. The quality is great, the look is just right. For people with Alopecia, the ladies here are very understanding and helpful.
You'll probably just walk past once you've seen the limited selection of ridiculously overpriced wigs through the window. However, if you do venture in you'll likely encounter extremely rude service from the staff.
Even if you are thick skinned, I suggest you still take a sturdy hat and a good, heavy coat to protect you a little from the barrage of snotty remarks that will be spat in your direction.
So, yeah, avoid this place unless you're seeking bad service from staff with very little knowledge of their trade.

I'm not sure this person, whom I would like to meet, even came to the Salon because we have hundreds of wigs with prices ranging from $50 to $1,000 for human hair wigs. Our Wig Consultants are all professional hairdressers with a combined experience of more than 100 years. We take pride, including myself, in providing professional, polite and personalised service. This is the feedback we get all the time.

I do not usually feel compelled to write reviews on the internet. But I was so appalled by the way I was treated in your shop I just wanted to make other people aware of what they may encounter. It was not a pleasant experience.
Maybe it isn't the norm, maybe it was a one off. Maybe not.
