Very poor - do not use. My supposedly genuine screen has several surface scratches after a few weeks of being in my pocket and normal use. When I queried this in store they said this was not a warranty issue as it has been damaged on purpose! I paid over $200 for a defective screen.
Use another service as these guys will give you zero support after they have taken your money.
Over and over again I walk in their door for advice that Apple should offer me for free but charge me, over and over I walk out with my support issue resolved at NO COST! It blows my mind each time. They are always busy yet have time for every customer. My family and I have found them to be extremely honest during repair when more than once we've collected something paying LESS than originally quoted. I genuinely can't speak more highly of this lot. Quality repairs, friendly service, lovely staff.
After paying the exorbitant fee of nearly $300 to have my screen and charging port replaced by the iPhone Guy I was left bemused when the new screen wasn't glued on properly along the whole right side. After taking it back to be assembled correctly, I was startled when I was given it back with the screen still not on properly. The receptionist stated that hopefully it wasn't a bend in the frame as that can cost a lot to replace. I got my phone back and although it took a decent amount of time and multiple visits I was pleased as it was glued on properly and I didn't incur anymore costs as I didn't have to get the frame fixed.
