The Jewellery Affair

Appalling! After waiting 12 weeks without hearing anything from Jewellery Affair, I contacted them to see what was happening with the "simple" cleaning of my watch. Still couldn't tell me anything. The assistant tells me they will contact the the watchmaker and ring me back. I wait in hope for a phone call today else I will have to retrieve the watch as is. Is it really that hard to ring a customer and let them know there has been a slight delay. Bad customer service.
