When we are born, we are given a Book in which to write the Story of our Life. Many of us live our lives unconsciously, at the whim of outside forces, forgetting that we are the central character and the creator of our lives and ultimately responsible for the life we live. There comes a time, however, when each of us must assume command of this precious gift ? our life ? and make decisions from a point of ownership.
The Journey Journal is a series of 5 workshops designed to enable participants to look at their lives from this point of ownership and to design their future accordingly.
