We went there for Mothers Day breakfast. The staff were overwhelmed and could keep up with providing coffee cups, food on the buffet ect. We asked for high chairs with our booking but had to chase them up as they weren't at our table. I feel like I spend my whole morning waiting for things to be ready. By the time I sat down with a coffee and breakfast a staff member came to give us a final warning that it would be packed away soon so they can prepare for lunch.
I wouldn't go there again for a special event but would maybe try again on a normal day. The staff were very friendly and helpful when I did have to ask for something.
Another positive is the small playground for children. With the kids happy we could sit around for a bit longer, even if the coffee and food was cleared away.
