I recently used The Little Flower Company for a large event in June (over 350 people) and they were INCREDIBLE. The flowers were top quality and the service impeccable. In fact, the only reason I signed up to truelocal was to write a review. Pop by their store on Montague road and meet Bron - she is amazing and incredibly helpful. Best florist I have ever used.
I decided to use The Little Flower Company for my wedding on 8 March 2014. What a mistake that was. In the months leading up to the wedding it was almost impossible to speak to anyone regarding my order. I would constantly call and email only to have someone tell me I would get a call back or to have my emails ignored. Just as I was about to change florists I managed to get a hold of the management staff and discuss everything with them. I told them I was flexible with the types of flowers that were used however I definitely wanted pinks, whites and creams in the bouquets. I also asked to have the grooms buttonhole in white with the groomsmens buttonholes pink, and mothers wrist corsages matching the bridesmaids flowers. I sent them a photo so that they knew exactly what I was after. On the morning of the wedding I turned up to collect the flowers, only to find they were completely different to what I had ordered.
