DON'T MAKE A COMPLAINT OR SUGGESTION HERE!
I have been ordering "extra hot skinny latte" here and receiving "luke warm". I had put up with this for too long and took the glass to the counter this morning and asked who made the coffee and asked the barista to feel the temperature of the coffee. They said "do you want me to make another one" and I said "no, I just wanted to let you know." Upon paying my bill the barista said that I should have just said" the coffee wasn't quite hot enough and could you make me another one" then the management chimed in by saying"yeah, it was patronising to get them to feel the coffee".
Are these people serious? They're now telling customers (ex-customers) how to complain. Upon paying I was expecting either a "sorry mate, I'll make sure it hotter next time" or "sorry mate, the coffee is on us". Not to be! I'll not be going back and will be telling my story to anyone who will listen.
