HomeStart who have links with The Loan Company via BGC Building was recommended to us to help get our mortgage organised for our new house. The whole process all started out ok until we got to sign the paperwork for the mortgage at the bank itself then the problems started. During the initial stages of getting a mortgage, we had three things we wanted to be included in the loan, Painting, Air Conditioning and Solar with a battery, ALL quotes were submitted to the Loan Co for inclusion. Well without communicating to us that one component was not included we then found out at the bank when the loan amount was less than we anticipated. Well at this point we were stuck with what we had. If we had known this, we would have revaluated our situation and looked at other options.
