My partner rang The Local Service Liverpool Plumbing and Electrical for a toilet which was leaking at the bottom back. He was told a $45 call out fee. The letterbox flyer said $100 off any paid service but turns out you have to spend over $1000 for it to apply. They then proceeded to replace the whole cistern and toilet seat for a leak down the bottom and charged him over $500. When I asked about it, I was told there was a special person for "complaints management" which raises concerns that they need one. I left a message for a call back but never received one. So be warned. Get a quote first before they do anything. My partner said the whole job took less than half a hour. $520 seems a lot for that.
