The Lush Lily

The Lush Lily did yhe bouquets doe my wedding in September last year and they were absolutely stunning!!!! They were very patient with me, and went through the flowers I wanted, the colours I was after and how i wanted it to look. The flowers turned out even better than I could have imagined!!! They were fresh and lasted all day and well into the night! The price was also great, very reasonable! I would not hesitate to use their services again, they did such a fantastic job and would highly recommend!! Thanks once again! The bouquets were a real highlight in my day!!!

Did not have good service from the main lady dealing with wedding flowers. Then on the day they stuffed up order and had things missing- wrong bouquet ribbon colour, centrepieces had greenery when order requested no greenery, vases missing, no ribbon for cake knife. The lady on phone was very rude and not helpful as we were at Hope Island and she was in Brisbane. After lots of tears and panicking in front of the delivery driver, he went away and then eventually thought to go to their sister shop which was not too far away to amend these mistakes and come back. I don't know why the lady didn't offer this solution to begin with instead of making excuses for their mistakes. My wedding day was stress free except for this hiccup!! I am thankful for the delivery drivers' help to make things right in the end but if there hadn't been a communication break down between owner and head of wedding florals it could have been avoided.

Had nothing but awesome service and they have such a great range on flowers and gift wears :)

Absolutely disgusting. This was clearly my first time in the store, and I really wish I had read these reviews.



I needed delicate flowers as I was giving them to a family who had recently lost a close family member. The person who had originally served me was kind, however the price made my stomach sick. 3 individual white roses cost me $40, and were starting to turn brown.



Being a fairly shy person I hesitated to speak up. After I left, the pockets of water keeping the roses moist started leaking all over my clothes, so I returned to get them fixed.Another person came out, snatched them off me without saying a single thing to me, took them out the back and treated them with no respect at all, thrashing them about.



Do NOT go here. Biggest mistake I've made.

they sent me the wrong order on valentines day and when my husband took what i had received back to get a refund they became aggressive and so rude, they said that it was MY fault for excepting the wrong orderisn't that the whole point of getting flowers delivered to you your not meant to know what your getting! so now we will be contacting the ACCC to try and get our money back. the flowers i did receive (the WRONG flowers) were old and the petals were brown on the edges i would NEVER recommend this florist to anyone!!!!
