this company is very happy to take your rental money but lacks ability to find rental tenants; and have tenants leave because of their attitude. the principal of the company blames a procession of poor property managers and fails to take responsibility for their lack of actions.
I thoroughly enjoy all communication and correspondence with market place reality, they have a great work ethic and have been nothing but efficient and hard working every time I have had to deal with their company.
They are very respectful of me (the client) and my needs and in helping me get the satisfaction needed from a Real Estate Office, I would recommend this business to everyone again and again and again! keep up the great work guys as I know you will!!!
I thought Market Place Realty were very proffesional and their communication was very good. I have rented a property from them recently and my experience was 10/10. They got back to me asap, no delay. They were considerate and helped out as much as they could. When I had a water leak a couple of weeks ago they sent out a plumber the next morning. Would rent with them again and again, :) Thanx Guys!!
Useless and rude. Pretend to accept your applications and then told to
you about why your ref\'s were not called or application not handed to
owner. Both Claremont and Osborne park have messed me around. Second
time they make excuses that the fax was broken so they did not receive,
when an hour prior to that they did not know. But i faxed it last
Thursday so if it was broken they could of told me then and there.
Don\'t bother with them
I found a tenant on gum tree and referred them to the office in Osbourne Park. I rang the office ad asked what had happened as she was dead keen. The office denied that they ever got the application so I rung the lady in question. I asked "How did you go" and she said "she would not be applying as the people in the office were rude and accused her of incompetancy and sending the application to the wrong email". Another potential tenant lost.
