May look like they are nice, but staff are actually quite rude and unprofessional. Your theory work is done online, and no teacher is actually teaching it to you. They give you manuals and you are expected to just answer questions. They have useless theory rooms. practical rooms are small; hard for you to do any practical work. You don't get a proper training, staff will always blame the students and never wonder if they are the actual problem. They talk to you like you are a kid. Students aren't just students they are also customers that pay the college to get an education. When you approach them for help; they prefer to tell you that its not their problem and not their job to do so. ALthough they can be friendly, its only an external part of the college. There were many times where you hear the staff talk badly about students at the reception. It is absolutely disgusting.
