I had the lemon and pepper encrusted salmon skewer with mash potatoes. (I got the chips changed to mash).
The serving size was huge! - I ate it all by myself because it was so good!
The salmon was cooked to perfection- nicely grilled.
The mash had to be the best mash I have ever tasted. The cheesy additions to the mash were amazing!
The environment was fun and quirky with the double story layout and romantic lighting. Everyone working there was very attentive and professional which lead to a pleasurable experience. The meals and drinks all came out at the perfect timing, all spaced very well. All meals are paired with complimenting sides however they are more than happy to let you add your own preference off the menu.
The moment I placed a piece of my steak in my mouth was one where I had to close my eyes and enjoy the flavour. It was to die for and without a doubt the best steak I have ever had. I really loved the open style kitchen where you can watch the chefs creating their artwork. Everyone that worked there looked like they were having fun and I think this is really important.
I can't wait to go back and enjoy the amazing environment, company and flavours. Would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing steak house in a heart beat.
