The cutter who you are talking about has been let go due to these reasons you stated.
Its been a hard slog trying to find good honest reliable staff when there are no barbering courses in the whole of Australia, so ive had to rely on backpackers, and most of the time ive got it right.
Ive since been awarded business sponsorship and can now sponsor people to work in Australia,and ive now create a great team there who will be around for more than 6 months!

I would't recommend Mensroom, I have had two bad experiences now. I had my haircut about a year ago and wasn't happy but as it's local to me I thought I would give them another go but am very disappointed.
The staff member didn't listen to anything I asked for and was more interested in going to lunch with friends who were waiting. I asked for a trim to the sides and back of my head and to keep length on the top and left with a number 2 on top :-(
Very disappointed with the cut however staff were friendly and free beer is a nice touch.

Great place to get a haircut, all of the guys that work there are very friendly, and they have an array of styles to choose from. They really know what they are doing and if you aren't sure which one you want to get they can always help you out with the style that will suit you.
Also, they have beers in the fridge so you can drink while you wait for a haircut.
