The description states 'game room' however this does not exist. There are no pool tables or juke box.
We were told dinner hours 5.30-9pm but then couldn't order as the kitchen closed at 8 30pm. The manager was not helpful, very disappointing! We were looking forward to the Sunday roast.
We stayed at the motel which is attached to the pub and restaurant. We had dinner both nights there. First night we had one of the steaks (beautifully cooked) and the special lamb shanks, the flavours in the shanks were great but needed a knife to cut the meat off them! Overall good! Second night had a different steak meal, steak was unreal but the red wine jus, what jus, had to ask for some mushroom sauce! Other meal was the prawn and chicken supreme, so the menu says chicken supreme stuffed with prawns, served on a bed of cream corn mash and finished with a sweet chilli and garlic reduction, well the it was a quarter of chicken and two prawns with some mashed potato I think, sauce was ok but for $28 was a very small meal, I'm lucky the kids didn't eat all their pizza.
