DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Do not waste your time or money! Goods not sent, refuses to refund, phones constantly not answered, email address gets returned as invalid. When you can get to speak to anyone, they do not answer the phone by any company name. Then make excuses saying there has been a computer malfunction, or Ill check up on your order and definitely ring you back within 15 minutes. No phone call, no goods, just promises and more excuses. Should be an option to give NO stars
Four working days later and a follow up email(that was ignored),
I telephoned to find out what had happened to my son's birthday gift.
I felt my concern was treated with complete disregard.
YOU PAY FOR OVERNIGHT DELIVERY (I live in a metropolitan area) HOWEVER, YOUR ITEMS MUST BE SENT BY SNAIL MAIL.
I tried to leave a Testimonial on the website and guess what?!...the button does not work!
