Thank you to the team at Murphy Gozzard Hair Community for an amazing experience. I was immediately welcomed by the professional and friendly staff. This sophisticated salon with a calming atmosphere settled my 'first time nerves' as the colourist (a co leader of the Loreal Professionnel Colour.ist team) listened to my wish list and delivered. A really beautiful colour & cut. The services I received are such value for money & I received one of the best scalp massages, ever. I most certainly made sure I rebooked then and there!
I visited Murphy Gozzard for the first time on the weekend after being encouraged by a number of friends to try them.I have tried many hairdressers in Sydney and I have to say this has been the best experience I have ever had. Right from the phone call to book I felt I had made the right decision. The staff are extremly friendly and knowledgeable. The space is beautiful and relaxing. Great selection of magazines and I was also offered an Ipad with wi-fi to use if I wished. I was served beautiful coffee and my favourite spotted cow cookies. There is an outside courtyard with a water feature where I sat whilst my colour was processing. As a busy working mum this was my ultimate 'me time' experience and even my husband commented on how good my hair looked and he has never done that before. I felt for all that they offered and the result it was excellent value. They are definately my salon of choice from now on.

Such a shame . Had a lovely staff do my hair but too pushy on products and treatments and far more expensive than even the best hair salons in the city . Very aggressive front staff and saw a few clients leave with wet hair because they did not choose a blow dry the staff did not even dry their hair off which I have never seen before . Definitely do not recommend be very aware
Hi Penny, I am sorry that your first experience at our salon was a negative one. I would love it if you could call me at our salon to discuss. Feedback is imortant us both positive and negative as without it we cannot grow and develop as a team. I agree we do have lovely staff who care about you and your hair not just whilst you are in the salon but also about how your hair will look and how you manage it between your salon visits, that is why we only recommend products and treatments that we think are going to help you achieve the look that you were given by your stylist and that you have healthy shiny managable hair. We would never recommend anything that we didn't think you needed and at the end of the day it's your choice if you would like to take a professionals advice or not. If a client chooses not to have a blowdry after a colour in our salon that is their decision to leave with towel dried hair otherwise we would always offer a blowdry if they wanted one. Thanks Penny.
I always get my hair done here with Tiffany and it's awesome. My hair always turns out beautifully. Lovely service, lots of magazines, tea and biscuits. Highly recommended.

Had a bad experience with their Paddington salon in January. The colour was average and the service overall was bad. No magazines in my drawer, cold bad coffee and they were very pushy on their products sell, total put off. Below average service, could have coloured my hair better result, plus over priced - urgh another let down another bad salon experience. Do yourself a favour and don't go to SUKI PADDINGTON.
Our records show no " Tanya" visiting our salon in January. What they do show is that we spend over $300 every month on the latest national and international hair and fashion magazines, and use only the best coffee. (if you don't like our coffee, Max Brenner is 3 doors along) We also pride ourselves in the fact that we educate our clients about the products we are using in their hair, and how to use these products at home to get the same results.
