Terrible, I got sns with tips, my nails were bent and curved, they didn’t even cut my nails before putting the tips on and when I finished they were all lumpy (not filed down smooth) and half my nails were pointing to Massachusetts. Went back to get them fixed but got told it’s because of my nail. Very disappointed and will not be returning.
Shocking. The older girl doing my nails never once smiled. She tugged on my fingers almost aggressively and even had the audacity to answer personal calls on her mobile phone while doing my nails. Not professional. Not good customer service. This girl was clearly only thinking about herself. Selfish and rude.
She also barked out aggressive orders. Do this, do that. Don't move. Don't answer that meesage. Rude. She was very patronising. Rude to customers.
To top things off, I'm the one who actually tried to make nice conversation with her. Asking how she was. Such attempts were blatantly quashed. Shame.
In short, the service provided by this particular girl at this salon is nothing short of a disgrace.
How hard is it to smile and be nice and professional?
I have been going to the nail bar for over 6 years.never had a problem always a great job with nails or waxing staff very nice and friendly defiantly never rude So I really don't know what these negative reviews are all about.i would never go anywhere else. I come back from Ocean Grove at Christmas time just to get my nails done.
Shocking and horrible!! I have uneven width and length and different sized tips and soo many bubbles in all 10 of nails! Will never ever go back or recommend anyone to go there!
The one who did my toe nails was going to apply nail polish on my toes without applying the bottom coat first. When I remind them, they said oh I forgot. How can they forget as they do this everyday with countless customers. When I ask them why they are charging me differently according to the price list, all of them started raising their voice and said I'm being none sense and crazy, wasn't interested in listen to me at all. I was so angry and helpless as everyone there was long term customer and blindsided. I have been to many nail salons, in Australia and overseas but never had such terrible experience.
