I have recently had SNS done three times at The Nails Club over a number of months, and on two occasions I was asked “where did you get these done?” At the removal, because obviously they were thick and not ideal. I often asked if I could have shellac as it might not be so invasive on the nail- and was recommended to continue with SNS as it was stated as the best option to protect my natural nail. With the last removal and reapplication being extremely painful, I decided to give my nails a break. I discovered once they were removed why it was so painful… they have been filed back so much that my natural nail is so thin and sensitive. I’ve had SNS before, and know that some damage can be expected, but I’ve never experienced it like this and only after three applications.
