Over the last 8 years I have been using the Nail Room for my nails and hair. The team there are wonderful and so caring. They are always willing to accommodate me. Thanks Anne and Steph and the rest of the team. I also just had my first facial from Kath just recently. Wow what an experience. Will be making time to do that again :)#reviewtowin
I got a cut and color for the first time their, after a good word of mouth through locals. The usual salon I went to is now closed down. My hair My hair was quite long and thick.
colour was ok but my CUT omfg!! one word could only described it and that's mullet!! As soon as I walked out of their I had to tie it back i was and still am so embarrassed to wear my hair down.
I am still wearing it tied up.
We are sorry to hear that you weren't happy with your haircut. We pride ourselves on our service and normally our customers leave thrilled with their new haircut. If you had told us that you weren't happy at the time then we would have re-worked it with you, however if we don't know that you're unhappy then we can't help. Has taken some time but just want to let you know that you made me feel like a very special Mother of the Bride. Emma and her three bridesmaids also felt and looked fantastic!
