Far from impressed. After numerous meetings with the management ad specifying clearly what I wanted I am not happy to say I was extremely disappointed.
Where do I start? Asked for a large, full looking bouquet. I was told the bouquet would have over 30 roses what arrived on my wedding day was a small substandard, bruised bouquet made up of 24 un fresh roses.
