Lovely cute Cafe tucked around the corner of Broadway on Mountain Street. Its in a great position that gets lots and lots of light in the mornings amid the towering monstrocity of highrises.
You can mix and match your FRESHLY SQUEEZED JUICE here so I opted for a morning fresh combination of Apple, Celery, Lemon and a hint of Ginger – loved the presentation here!
The SALMON PANCAKE is another striking dish with three stacks layered with smoke salmon, rocket and ricotta with a poached egg crown. The egg didnt have the gooey centre you would normally expect but this place is like the underdog amongst all the choice in and around the area but overall the dish surprised me and was a real treat .
Would definitely come back here again!
This is another coffee shop, or should I say cafe, that I encountered on my final wonder around Sydney. Its located down a side street that runs off of Broadway next to St Barnabas (or St Barnies as the parishoners know it). It was okay, but nothing all that fantastic. I ended up just getting some tea, since I hadn't had my morning dose of English Breakfast (I ended up having a coffee beforehand, which is a little unusual for me). It was okay, but then again it is pretty hard to stuff up a cup of tea. I have to say that the staff weren't as pleasant as some places that I have visited, but they were okay. However it isn't really a place that I would return to in a hurry. Oh, I should also mention that they had a nice selection of cakes available as well.
