Worst customer service. Came here on Saturday and ordered a mixed berry tart and received something else. When I told the waiter this she dismissed me and said she can't help that I have to go to the counter and ask. So I went to the counter only to be served by a very rude and defensive lady who advised that this is the order we confirmed on and she guilted us by saying that we were wasting food and rolled her eyes. According to her the customer is never right!
This is an intersting cafe. First the positives - it offers an amazing range of ready made treats. Seriously tasty! It also has a fun and innovative design with large curved partitions styled as nests dividing dinners from the throughfare. On a negtive note - it is in middle of the Westfiled Chatswood complex, fully indoors. Whilst this might not bother some people I think their is better ambaince to be enjoed at other cafes in the area.
Had a nice catch up with a friend here for coffee. Lots of seating in a nice open and bright environment. Located outside H&M, near Uniqlo it is a nicely themed cafe which serves a range of salads and drinks.
Staff were nice and gave us space and didn't rush us even though we sat there for a good few hours over a coffee.
