The Nixon

Always a favourite to come back to for team work lunches. Seems like every time i do come back only gets better. Ordering something different each time but always recommending their chicken parmas as its value for money. This time i ordered their salt & pepper calamari and it was good and even better with the tinge of lime squeezed on top. A main will always comes with salad and chips which makes you so full but you know walking away satisfied with the quantity and quality of the meals. My work colleague ordered the fish and chips and you get 2 pieces of fish which she couldn't even finish. Nixon is probably one of my favourite pub food restaurant as i have not been disappointed each visit.

Pretty good chicken parmigiana at The Nixon. Value for money as the chicken is bigger than your head. It's massive and it also comes with chips and salad on the side. Even though i never manage to finish the whole meal but it was worth ordering. Its a good place for lunch if you work at docklands, and it usually gets pretty busy on fridays where people go for after work drinks as they play the sports events on their screens, especially the AFL.
