It can really be a good or bad experience deoending on what staff are working. The owner is quite rude and abrasive while other staff are very friendly. If you're getting coffee to go make sure you try it before you leave as it can be much too hot to drink, on the upside the bagels tend to be consistently good.

That's not who I am and I can only defend my behaviour as either I was having a bad day. As you can see from our reviews on Facebook and google we provide excellent customer service which I'm very proud of. Our place is genuinely all about community.
