I had a great experience with these guys. I only have a low prescription and nothing complex. I was able to choose two pairs of glasses with no gap from my health fund. I just had to wait two weeks for the finished product. Although they seem cheap the frames are still going about two years in.
Had my eyes tested at other optometrist then went to the Optical Superstore as their website stated that they could do the high-index lenses upgrade for free. I require high index as my prescription is very high.
I explained to the Optical Dispenser, that I preferred the glasses at their store (I had been to their store in the city) rather than at the other optometrist and was ho ping that staff could give me a better price. Staff said definitely and that they would do it for me for $30 out of pocket for the frames and $25 out of pocket for the lenses.
