The staff at The ORS Group are absolutely amazing! Everyone there made me feel like a person, not just a number. I went in not knowing what i wanted to do and came out with a whole new outlook on life. Thank-you to all the guys down at ORS who really helped turn my life around!
While the SOME of the staff are friendly at this employment agency some are also quite rude or distant. In addition every time I attend an appointment at ORS I am waiting at least 30 minutes if not longer to be seen for five minutes, and if this was not bad enough they had never uploaded my information onto centrelink which resulted in my payments getting cut and having to pay rent late. When I tried to remedy THEIR mistake the person i required to speak to was out to lunch and although I was told they would call me back when they returned they didn't and I had to call them back. ORS, the fact that you run an employment solutions center for people who have very few options doesn't mean that you can be lazy, rude, an inappropriately untimely. For everyone that is reading this to decide where to seek employment solutions please try else where, I cannot wait for this ORDEAL to be over.
