Personally I wouldn't even rate a star for it, or even half a star, but unfortunately you need to put some sort of rating to actually submit..

I went in to seek help in a transfer to their company as my current provider is not suited to my seeking needs. Unfortunately, this company is by far worse as I never even got past reception. I spoke to someone on the phone prior my arrival and told to see the person on reception and explained my situation. He had no interest in assisting me regarding my current employment provider and literally wrote me off and said be had more important stuff to do on the computer rather than continue the topic any further.
