Dr B is fantastic and very friendly as are most of his staff, but there is another male orthodontist on his team that has a shockingly terrible attitude. This particular orthodontist was, unfortunately, very rude and unprofessional. Did not enjoy a single second of consultation with him - he lacked skill and was very impatient. Very disappointed. Ask for Dr. B for a great experience. But not all orthodontists on the team are as good and professional as him.
Dr Baisi has been looking after my boys teeth for over a year now. He and his staff make the boys experience as fun as going to an orthodontist can be. They always ensure everything is explained clearly and they use all the latest technology to ensure their patients have the best outcome possible. We've been very impressed so far.
I have to say, going to the Ortho is never fun but Dr Bosse and his team really made it as pleasant an experience as possible. You really feel like they care and not that you are just another customer.
Am really happy with my braces (well as happy as you can be with braces!) great, easy service and friendly. Not cheap, but decent dentistry never is sadly!
