Paintworks, at Darra, is a great company to deal with. First of all, I like the way they provide comfortable lounge chairs for customers to sit on while they browse through a huge range of items, like paint swatches, magazines, information leaflets, etc. It beats standing about trying to make decisions in poor lighting, as is the case in other stores. They have large boards of product samples, and extra large swatches of some paint types, which one can take outside into natural light to get a better idea of colour. At times, when I've been unable to make a decision, the staff are quite willing to give an opinion. As for the advice, it's always been great and accurate. I've also found the prices for paint to be very competative, often better than the large hardware chain stores. I have often recommonded Paintworks to friends, and I will continue to give them my custom.
