I've been here often. I like to get a pancake with an egg and a side salad. That is filling. but there is alway room for a hot ball, ice cream, hot fudge sauce and slivered allmonds. One of the few places to get real hot fudge sauce for a sundae. I will continue to eat at the Pancake Kitchen if only for dessert but it won't be only for dessert. I like most of their pancake meals.
This place has often been a stop over for us on our travels. Good food, fantastic service and friendly staff. We had our dog with us, he was tied up out the front. While the dog had water left for him, the staff were quick to offer their hospitality and suggested they could prepare a pancake for the dog and check on his water. Well worth the visit even for a good coffee.
I was pleasantly suprised by this place. Certainly not cheap, but a good night-time complement to the Beechworth Bakery next door. Would certainly recommend for a dinner out with friends in town as its got a really funky delightful character inside. Food was great and staff very friendly. Recommended.
The Pancake Kitchen has been a favourite restaurant of mine since I was a child. The food there is fantastic. Whether you are after a meal or dessert and coffee, The Pancake Kitchen is sure to please. They offer special deals throughout the week that cater to almost everyone's needs.
