Every time I go there I'm disappointed i don't know why I keep going back. Waited a long time to get seated no one was coming to take us to our seats and the place was half empty and waited a long time to pay on the way out cause there wasn't anyone at the register. When i got home and looked at my receipt i realized i had been overcharged. Very disappointed ??
Went to the Doncaster pancake parlour last night with my daughter and we were extremely disappointed. The short stack was soggy and waited one hour for a coffee and a cup of tea that never came. We asked the waiter three times for a glass of water he kept saying he will bring it and never did. We would have helped ourselves to the water but they had no glasses next to the water container. We decided to cancel our drinks and leave. Our bill was thirty dollars and ten cents. The experience was made even more disappointing when i ha to change twenty dollars so that they could take the ten cents. Very unprofessional, very disappointing
Over-priced for what you're getting. Been here recently and ordered a short-stacked which should be the simplest thing to make there. Nope. The pancakes were burnt. If you do go, try their hot ball. Being situated near Box Hill, I recommend coming here only for desserts after you've had a proper dinner elsewhere.
