The Pancake Parlour

Foods always great, service can be very slow on a busy night but generally pretty good. Very friendly staff always happy to help with anything!! Love eating here ??

#reviewtowin Pancake parlour normally have the same food quality irrelevant to what one of their restaurant you chose. They are all pretty much over priced and have the same sort of staff - teens working their first job who aren't the most professional but are trying to be polite. But when I went to this particular pancake parlour I found I was waiting extremely long amounts of times for my food, and the venue is far to big and noisy to enjoy the food in peace. They pack people in to make the most amount of money they can in one night (fair enough i can see the logic from a business point of view) but the least they could do is separate the big event groups from couples trying to have a quiet meal. And you don't really get the whole personal experience you should be when paying that much money for pancakes. Poor quality food and very over priced. Staff inexperienced with minimal knowledge of the menu. Long wait for meals. I will never go back.

Great family atmosphere, slightly on the expensive side but the food was quick and delicious!

Pancakes are really nice but REALLY expensive!!! Plus I found the staff so miserable and really rude. Only been here once and won't ever go back. I have friends that love it though and go there every so often (they think its expensive too though).
