Had I bought the items from the $2 shop it would have been cheaper and I get to keep them and this is what I am recommending to people. Don't get ripped off. In total you took about $80 for hire of three items and yes I did break one didnt expect to get the money back for that one but to get only $15 back is ridiculous. Anyway I used your business once and never again.
Too expensive. Hire terms and conditions not set out clearly. Better off buying your own. Would not recommend. Will never use again

We have hired these apothecary jars and stands out for a while now. We have a track record of zero complaints. So I am quite disappointed that you have had a bad experience.
I understand you weren't happy about the partial refund of your deposit. Had you returned the jars unbroken and in a timely manner then it wouldn't have been such a bad experience for both parties.
The hire was $10 a jar for 4 days. One was broken. We retained your $20 deposit for that one.
I extended your hire to 7 days for your convenience at no extra charge. You returned our jars and stands 10 days late, during that time I called numerous times to which you "forgot" to do so. I reminded you of our trading hours and the fact that I needed them returned for another hire.
Charging you an extra 4 days hire seems fair considering I lost a whole hire job because you simply kept forgetting to return them.
Agreed that in your scenario it may have been dearer to hire than to buy. But I'm sure had you returned them unbroken and on time it wouldn't have been the case.

The broken jar I was aware that you wouldn't refund me so to talk about this is ridiculous. I paid $40 in hire and you only returned me $15 which you never mentioned you would take. I will never use you or recommend you to any of my friends and family as we have parties often and your business on a whole is a waste of money. Cheaper going elsewhere
