I have been a customer of The Pendulum for years. Recently, I had an idea in mind for earrings for my wedding and the owner, Antonia created some beautiful custom diamond & topaz earrings for me. My "something blue" received so many compliments & I just love them. Impeccable quality, stunning designs, knowledgable owner and fantastic service - I can't fault them. Their work is beautiful & I can't recommend them enough.
An absolute disgrace! Rude and unprofessional. Took $1000 bracelet to have clasp repaired and was told they would call with a price. Following three unreturned phone calls, i called again to be told it would cost $750!!!!! Folks stay well clear and go to a professional jeweller whose main objection is to rip you off!! A shame as i like to support local business in the beaumaris area
I have been a loyal client with my family for over 30 years .. impeccable quality, honest advice and you get what u pay for .. If u want cheap and mass produced go to zamels. . Has been a well respected local business for over 3 decades .. lovely people and this Sammy Hansen review is not to be taken seriously .. well liked Nd loved by locals .. Sammy go get your jewellery repaired elsewhere .. but don't drag their name thru mud .. you won't win that battle .
