I have been to Pho Chu The a few times for the beef noodles (Pho) and i found it quite different to other pho around Footscray, just a different flavour broth. Very busy but i wouldn't say its the most popular one in Footscray. However what is different is i have never had breakfast here and for the first time i did and the beef on the sizzling plate with egg was very different and worth a try. I wouldn't have beef for breakfast especially not cooked in this way, in a way felt very heavy and full of marinated flavour and eating with white rice. Was actually nice, flavours were great but i wouldn't call it a breakfast dish. Worth a try.
