Absolutely pathetic. My phone went in to get fixed, it came back and didn't even work for a day before it died - it cost me $300 to 'fix'. I dropped it back off and waited for them to call me when they fixed it. I called them every week and its now been 4 months. I keep calling and they keep saying the serviceman isn't in. I called them 3 weeks ago again and they said they cant fix it and will send me my money back by cheque but not all the money because they have still been trying to fix it - load of crap. I still don't have my cheque so i called them today. The same person i always speak to - thought they already sent me my phone back. I told them they told me its broken and that im supposed to be getting a cheque. Apparently they don't 't write the cheques and the guy who does isn't in - of course.
So four months later, i have no phone, no money back and phone factory don't care.
