BEWARE I sent my nokia n9 to them!so we have been told [B.S]..They have my phone for 8 months ..when calling ,they said its in the post.. and any excuse ...you can imagine my frustration.....
I have a very similar situation by the sounds of it. Do you live in Brisbane? I sent my Nokia N9 for repair and many months later they said they'd fixed it, they posted it to me, I paid them and only to find out it wasnt fixed. They said they would refund me and has not. that was three months ago. I have lodged a complaint with Office of Fair Trading.
I took my phone there for the screen to be replaced. They did that but there are now big particles of dust under the screen, & the screen wasn't put on properly (sitting a mm above where it's supposed to be, and not glued down properly). Also It now won't work with any SIM cards! So I'm still without a work phone. When we rang, the staff said a courier would pick it up that day (Friday) and it would be sent back to me on Monday (today). There has still been no courier to pick it up as yet. I rang them this morning and the staff said they would send a courier today. I really hope he does the right thing and fixes my phone properly and in a timely manner. If they do, I will place a new review here. If they don't, I will place a new review here...and much more.
