The Physio&Pilates Co. provides exercise-based Physiotherapy services and Physiotherapist-guided Pilates to Newcastle. We welcome you to our Wickham practice for all of injury rehabilitation and management, as well as Individual, Duet, Semi-Private and group Pilates classes. The Physio&Pilates Co. is extremely proud of the fact there is no 'one sizes fits all' approach here - all people have unique injury histories, medical backgrounds, exercise limitations and strengths. This will all be taken into account when prescribing your rehabilitation or Pilates programs. Additionally, all Pilates classes are conducted by Pilates qualified Physiotherapists to ensure you receive the best guidance and results possible (this also means that our services are claimable on your Private Health Insurance!). We are also very proud to be able to provide you with Remedial Massage services for those exercise or work-induced aches and pains.
